Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work flexible time periods and interact well with the public.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes and equipment to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and food preparation as needed.
• Follow health codes and safety procedures including IHS, Wisconsin Health Code and FDA regulations.
