Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a utility worker to wash dishes, clean kitchens, and support daily meal service. The role offers flexible hours and a free meal per shift, with opportunities for advancement in a chef-driven food service management company.

Essential duties include washing and stocking, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting the team while adhering to safety protocols. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, with uniforms and PPE provided.

Qualifications

Must follow oral and written directions.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand for long periods; work in a kitchen environment.
Be punctual and dependable, follow safety rules.
Pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans and utensils by hand or dish machine.
Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Wash tables, walls, coolers and trash receptacles as required.
Transport trash to designated areas and handle storage safely.
Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; keep area clean.
Assist team and maintain personal hygiene; follow dress code.
Be on time and maintain assigned workstation.
