White Lodging is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain cleanliness and support the culinary team at our hotels. No prior kitchen experience is required, and we invest in training and development as part of a strong growth pathway.

You will be part of a fast-paced back-of-house operation, contribute to safe and efficient food-prep areas, and enjoy benefits and opportunities across multiple properties.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
