Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, pots, pans, and production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and production areas.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and workstations.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, storage areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with organizing supplies and keeping inventory areas clean.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Support production staff with general cleaning and operational needs.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
