Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Nashville’s TerraBella Hermitage is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our community. You will operate the dishwashing machine and ensure proper sanitation of all dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking equipment.

You will keep food service areas clean and safe, follow daily schedules, assist in receiving supplies, and support inventory as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with weekend availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work a flexible weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, and cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assists in receiving food and non-food supplies.
