Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a friendly Dishwasher for The Park Oak Grove in Roanoke, VA. You will operate the dishwashing area, sanitize all dishes, and keep the food service spaces clean and safe.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining floors, cleaning equipment, following schedules, and assisting in receiving supplies. You will work flexible hours, including weekends, and support a smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule weekends.

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
