Qualifications

• No prior retail experience is required; ability to learn on the job.
• Must follow health and safety regulations and store SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Mantsains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Mantains a clean sanitary working/shopping environment; reports hazards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
