Job summary

Sodexo in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across food production and service areas. You will wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and help with basic setup and break-down tasks.

No prior experience is required beyond a high school diploma or equivalent; extensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Clean and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean floors, and vacuum as required.
• Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, cleaning materials).
• Assist with setup and break-down tasks as directed.
