The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be. SSA Group is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and support the culinary team. Responsibilities include dish washing, equipment storage, waste separation, and daily cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods.
• Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.
• Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
• Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.
• Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment, including utensils, pots, and pans ensuring they meet standards for safe food preparation
• Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation
• Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
• Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
