• Guest Service: anticipate and respond to varying business levels and assist teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cost Control: use equipment properly, follow cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
• Works Safely: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow regulations and incident procedures.
• Self Management: plan, organize, prioritize duties, and maintain attendance and grooming rules.
• Other Duties: plate for banquets, assist with food prep, and support other areas.
