Qualifications

• Must be able to withstand the volume of peak hours.
• Must communicate and work together with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dirty utensils, pots, grills, and plates by hand.
• Ensure kitchen floors are dry and clear of hazards.
• Transfer clean utensils to be dried and stored.
