Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures in Minnesota is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for the preparation of foods during assigned shifts, washing dishes as needed and supporting sanitation efforts to meet Grand Casino standards.

You will follow recipes and production specifications, maintain clean and organized work areas, stock supplies, and contribute to a friendly, efficient guest experience while upholding state health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all recipe and control procedures for prep items.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications.
• Adheres to sanitation guidelines for washing and storing dishes.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Deliver excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.
• Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
• Maintains stock of all necessary items.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
