Job summary

The h.wood Group, based in Los Angeles with operations across the United States, is seeking a Dishwasher to support our Back of House team in Santa Monica. This entry-level role offers learning opportunities and a flexible schedule to fit a busy hospitality environment.

You will help keep service and cookware clean, assist cooks with food prep, and follow strict food-safety guidelines as part of a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certified Food Handlers card.
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep service and cookware clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
• Assist cooks with food prep.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Other maintenance tasks as assigned.
