Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain dishwashing station and three-compartment sink areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and staff.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
