Job summary

Genesis Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure dishes are properly cleaned for food service. You will operate dishwashing equipment, load and unload, and keep work areas clean.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; training provided. The role offers medical insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a supportive team in a busy kitchen with a moderate to high noise level.

• Fill sinks with proper cleaning solutions and change as needed.
• Clean and organize dirty pans, plates, containers, etc.
• Check trash cans regularly and take out trash.
• Run any dirty dishes or unclean plates/utensils through dishwasher.
• Return all plates to front service area and place on proper shelves.
• Have broom and clean mop ready in case of accidents or spills in both front and back of house.
• Make sure all counters, bus bins, glass tops, display cases and dining areas are clean.
• Break down all cardboard boxes.
• Checking, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms.
• Pull up mats from the floor, sweep area and mop both front and back of house.
