Kendall’s Tavern and Chophouse in Coon Rapids is hiring immediately for a Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen team. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans and trays, loading and unloading supplies between storage and kitchen, washing by hand or in the dishwasher, and maintaining clean, organized work areas to meet health and safety standards.

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans and trays.
• Transports supplies between storage and kitchen; returns clean utensils to storage.
• Maintains communication with supervisor about supply needs and equipment maintenance.
• Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area; sweeps and mops floors.
• Loads and unloads trucks delivering food and supplies.

Job Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes, racks china, glassware and flatware and washes by hand or on dishwashing machine.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans and trays.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Returns all clean kitchen utensils and equipment to proper storage location. Cleans kitchen equipment.
• Maintains close communication with supervisor, including supply needs and maintenance of all equipment.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage, and places in designated containers. Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area. Sweeps and mops floors.
• Loads and/or unloads trucks picking up or delivering food and supplies.
