Paradise Valley Estates is hiring a Full-time Dishwasher in Fairfield, CA. Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time; working in varying temperatures.
• Ability to comply with all food safety practices.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience and current food handler’s card preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by properly washing, and sorting soiled dishes, sweeping and mopping as appropriate.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores, all plates, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, etc.
• Maintains orderly trash levels throughout shift, removing full trashcans and boxes.
• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Assists in timely storing of food deliveries.
• Assists in food prep and other duties as requested by the Executive Chef.
• Other duties as assigned.
