YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and organization of dishes and utensils, supporting food operations across the kitchen and banquet areas.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes efficiently
• Practice safe knife handling; seek training from the Chef if needed
• Return all cleaned items to proper locations
• Perform basic maintenance on dishwashing equipment and report issues
• Assist with trash removal and food preparation duties as assigned
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the kitchen

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively and stand for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Protective footwear: Non-slip shoes required
