Job summary

Bronco Billy's Casino is seeking a dishwashing associate to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment and support restaurant operations. You will wash and sanitize dishes, keep workstations spotless, and assist with general cleaning tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and food quality by maintaining hygiene standards throughout shifts.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.
2. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
3. Washes and sanitizes dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed.
4. Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and wipes down work stations to ensure the kitchen is in pristine condition.
5. Cleans other restaurant areas, as requested or required.
6. Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with all guests and employees.
7. Alerts supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of all food and beverages.
8. Follows established security protocols to ensure that the restaurant work environment is safe.
9. Maintains alertness for performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps their supervisor informed of any concerns.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience is required, however, prior dishwashing knowledge or experience within a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment is desirable.

$16+ hour based on experience
