• All duties may change or be altered by the Lead Steward on duty.
• Maintain all BOH work areas, equipment, and assist with daily cleaning per OSHA and ServSafe standards.
• Remove trash from all venues, ensuring cans are clean and relined.
• Clean mechanical devices like dishwashers, ovens, ice cream machines, and smokers as needed.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards per company and departmental guidelines.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas sanitary by cleaning floors, surfaces, walls, and ceilings.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain safe working conditions throughout guest and service areas.
• Report to work in a presentable uniform, practicing good hygiene, and providing a positive guest experience through welcoming gestures.
