Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Kitchen Dishwasher to support restaurant operations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. You will rinse, sort, and sanitize dishes, assist chefs, and help keep the kitchen organized to ensure guests have a great experience.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock by assisting chefs and keeping utensils clean & sanitary.
• Washes and sorts dishes and utensils; unloads per guidelines.
• Keeps work area clean and safe per sanitation rules.
• Transports pans, kettles, and trays to/from workstations.
• Stores foods properly to minimize spoilage.
• Operates and maintains equipment; troubleshoots as needed.
• Maintains stock levels of dishes and utensils.
• Segregates and disposes waste per standards.
