Job summary

Perry's Steakhouse and Grille is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to perform dishwashing duties in a fast-paced kitchen. The role is on-site at Lone Tree, CO, with base pay between $18-$20 per hour and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.

Responsibilities include keeping the dish area clean, loading and unloading the dish machine, restocking dishware, monitoring wash cycle sanitation, and assisting with food prep as directed. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean and organized.
• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Restock all plate ware and silverware on each station.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
