Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Dishwasher for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. The role operates the dishwasher, restocks supplies, and performs general kitchen cleaning to support kitchens, restaurants and banquets.

The position requires ability to work in extreme temperatures, read English labels, and meet health standards. It may involve variable schedules to reflect hotel business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to read labels and communicate with team members.

Responsabilités

• Washes dishes and other cooking utensils; restocks clean glasses, silverware, and plates.
• Performs general cleaning to meet health department standards.
• Puts away food stock and dry goods in proper locations, rotates stock (FIFO).
• Removes trash and maintains clean kitchen areas; may work varying shifts.
