Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock by assisting kitchen staff and keeping utensils clean and sanitary.
• Operates the dishwasher and ensures proper unloading and organization.
• Keeps work area clean and follows sanitation standards and regulations.
• Assists chefs by transporting pans, kettles and trays as needed.
• Stores foods properly to minimize spoilage and maintains equipment functioning.
