Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No previous experience needed; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked; report problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas.
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
