Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our hospitality team. You will unload and sort flight trolleys, run dishwashing machines, monitor temperatures, and ensure all clean wares are stored correctly according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Able to manage through a substantial workload.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
• Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine
• Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures
• Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
• Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
