Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures when handling chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils by cleaning and sanitizing.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitudes toward guests and staff.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and food safety/sanitation procedures.
