Job summary

Aramark at Clemson University’s McAlister Dining Hall is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils and support a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

As a team member, you will follow Aramark safety policies, handle basic sanitation, and adapt to varying shifts including evenings and weekends while providing friendly service to guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to chemicals.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and proper food sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
