Job summary

Canteen is hiring a full-time dishwashing technician for Haleon in Lincoln, NE. The role supports the restaurant and facility by maintaining clean dishes, pots, pans, and prep surfaces while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Previous Lancaster County Food Handler's permit is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is available, and internal referrals are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchen dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness of work areas.
• Polishes silver and maintains sanitary conditions.
• Keeps dish area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
