Position Overview: The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers an hourly rate of $15.00. Full-time employees enjoy benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching, and paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays).

About Heritage Shores: Located in Bridgeville, Heritage Shores features an elegant dining experience with the 1730 Tavern, Passwaters Restaurant, outdoor veranda seating overlooking a pond, spacious banquet facilities, and a well-maintained golf course.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high sanitation standards for all items and surfaces.
• Follow M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety, and policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas.
• Stock and organize clean dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Experience in casual or fine dining is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by law.
