An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves cleaning dishes, organizing storage areas, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Job Duties
Clean and stack dishes in proper order so as not to fall, break, or chip.
Stack glasses in a glass rack for ease of cleaning and protection from damage.
Separate silverware into proper bins.
Maintain proper cleaning solutions.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning walls, machines, floors, ceiling, vents, utensils, ovens, refrigerators/freezers, shelves, tables, pots and pans, grease traps, garbage cans, etc.
Help organize storage areas and refrigerators/freezers.
Remove trash and/or empty boxes to assigned disposal areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor of the day.

Job Setting/Physical Demands
To fulfill job requirements, the employee must be able to perform key physical tasks for extended periods of time. Proper body mechanics and safety measures as prescribed by the residence must be used.
In a typical eight-hour day, the employee may:
Stand/walk up to eight hours a day.
Frequently support up to 70 pounds.
Occasionally lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
Frequently kneel, bend, and reach.
