Flik Hospitality Group in New York is hiring a full-time Dishwasher at Davis Polk, 450 Lexington Ave, 8th Floor. Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition and supports overall cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Requires previous food service utility experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle kitchen conditions.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using available equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety standards.
• Washes worktables and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
