Job Summary

Purpose: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas.

Essential Duties:

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including floors, worktables, walls, and refrigerators.
• Remove and dispose of trash properly.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and other duties as assigned.
