Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area organized and safe, cleans floors and surfaces, removes trash, and assists with supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
