• Pay Range: $15.75 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follows safety procedures diligently.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area organized and safe.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, places it in designated containers, and cleans cans.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
