We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Location: BD Covington - 8195 Industrial Blvd. Covington, GA 30014. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Monday-Friday, 7 am - 2:30 pm.

Requirements: Prior dishwasher and short order cook experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and assists with loading/unloading supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
