Fresh & Ready Foods is hiring immediately for full-time dishwasher positions.

• Location: Fresh & Ready Food Group - 10015 John Price Road, Charlotte, NC 28273. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary, Monday through Saturday with Sunday off and one day during the week. Details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior dishwashing experience is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains garbage areas.
• Transfers supplies and helps load/unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
