Job summary

Renaissance Allentown, part of TPG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a full-time dishwasher to join the kitchen team. You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate the dishwashing equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

Dishwasher- Full-Time- Renaissance Allentown

• $15/hr.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean work surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies and deliveries.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to management.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other duties as assigned.
