Compass Group USA at UNC Asheville is hiring for full-time and part-time dishwasher positions. Duties include cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and prep surfaces, while maintaining sanitation standards. Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Nights and weekends required; schedule may vary.

Responsabilités

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and chemicals, ensuring cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains safe working environment.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined in standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles waste disposal truck/containers as directed.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
