Job Summary :

This is an entry-level food service position that is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Responsible for all utility and / or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and / or busy times.
• Must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products.
• Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills.
• Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
