Job summary

Aberdeen Heights is seeking a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to support all dining functions and ensure residents enjoy high-quality meals. The role emphasizes resident-centered care and a welcoming, home-like environment within a faith-based nonprofit setting.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with our Premium Pay Plan and additional pay based on experience. Generous benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, a 403(b) plan, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Work diligently to ensure each resident receives the highest quality and enjoyable dining experience with every meal.
• Support resident-centered care and contribute to a home-like atmosphere for residents and their families.

A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident received the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident's home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Education, Experience And/or Training

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
