Aberdeen Heights in Kirkwood, MO is seeking a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to support its dining operations. The role provides high-quality meals, resident-centered service, and adherence to policies.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with our Premium Pay Plan, plus eligibility for benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan and educational scholarships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident received the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident’s home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/orTRAINING:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
