Job summary

The Blake at Kingsport is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented dishwasher to support our kitchen team in providing comfortable, resort-style living for residents.

You will wash and sanitize dishes, maintain dry storage, and help with plate collection after meals while following safety standards.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, be flexible for weekend/holiday shifts, and have ServSafe certification if required by state.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve older adults.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ServSafe certification may be required by state regulations.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other utensils; maintain sanitation.
• Maintain and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Assist with after-meal plate collection when requested.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

We are currently looking for a Dishwasher for The Blake at Kingsport

Primary Responsibilities of the Dishwasher:

• Wash & store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans and other cooking utensils Maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment
• Stock supplies as needed
• Support staff with after meal plate collection if requested
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness

Requirements

Education/Experience
