Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher in Cedar Falls for an 11:30am–7:30pm shift on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment, complying with health and safety codes.

Experience is preferred but not required; candidates should be friendly, have a positive attitude, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support the culinary team and residents.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
