ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, adhering to food quality and presentation standards, supporting food prep and service, and ensuring resident safety and confidentiality. Team members are expected to practice excellent customer service, follow safety policies, and participate in community and team meetings.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assist in food preparation and service
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Support resident safety and confidentiality
• Follow directions and community policies
• Attend training and team meetings
• Work cooperatively with residents and staff

**Qualifications:**

• Six months experience in utility or dishwashing preferred but not required
• Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions
• Good character and integrity; concern for seniors
• Must receive annual Flu vaccine unless exempted
