Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Lincoln, CA is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support restaurant operations. You will wash dishes, sanitize utensils and equipment, and help keep the work area organized in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers benefits after 60 days, PTO, 7 holidays, and a 401(k). A High School diploma or equivalent and a current Food Handlers Card are preferred prerequisites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card required or preferred.
• Ability to communicate positively with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly; follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Scrape and wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans; use machine as needed.
• Return dishes and equipment to storage areas and maintain organization.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean worktables and refrigerators.
• Be aware of safety requirements and report hazards to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
