Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishwasher at the Hazelden Center for Youth and Families to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces and assist with basic setup and breakdown tasks.

This role may differ by account and client requirements. The position offers flexible shifts (mornings and afternoons/evenings), with pay at $19 per hour and options for full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment with approved chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Re-stocks supplies like soap and cleaning materials.
• Walks or stands for extended periods during shifts.
• Lifts and moves up to 50 pounds as required.
• Attends shifts on time and meets regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the account.
