Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays ensuring cleanliness.
• Polishes silver and maintains sanitation as required.
• Maintains kitchen safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and handles waste properly.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies as needed.
