Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and proper cleaning of all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station and surrounding area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.
