Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not to limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper dish cleaning and sanitation at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure clean, ready-to-use wares.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties and station upkeep.
• Support a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
